Teen Beginner Stand Up Class
SFCH's stand-up beginner online comedy class provides students a safe place to discover their comedic voice while they grow to be comfortable in front of an audience. Our curriculum includes narrative storytelling, introduction to crowd work, basic joke structure and set construction. This five-week session will conclude with each student performing a two minute stand-up set via Zoom, videos will be provided.

Teen Advanced Stand Up classes
SFCH's Advanced class focuses on creating a 5-7 minute set to perform in association with The San Francisco Comedy College. This 5 week session ushers students through the process of developing a premise, writing setups and punches, learning memorization techniques, and enhancing performance skills. Additional performance opportunities will be provided for advanced students in association with the San Francisco Comedy College.

TEEN SCREENWRITING
Teen Screenwriting 101
Learn how to construct a feature length screenplay from a professional screenwriter. Build your script from longline to Final Draft (cost of Final Draft not included) and prepare a LIVE pitch of your film! We teach our students to use concept development techniques, story beats, and provide plenty of online support to help them see their scripts to fruition.

Teen Screenwriting 102
We support students as they use knowledge gained from Screenwriting 101 to complete their scripts and file for copyright protection. Our students are provided detailed information about script submissions, contests, film festival submissions and are introduced to the concepts of marketing a screenplay for sale. Cost of screenwriting software, script submission fees, and copyright protection ($50) is NOT included.
